SUMMARY

I am an academic and researcher specializing in Leadership and Management in Education. My work focuses on instructional leadership, community and stakeholder engagement, and gender issues in education. I am particularly interested in how instructional leadership practices influence school improvement, teacher effectiveness, and student learning outcomes. My research also explores how schools can strengthen community engagement to enhance participation, accountability, and shared responsibility in the educational process.

Driven by a strong commitment to promoting equity and equality in education, I examine issues of access, retention, and transition, especially for marginalized and underrepresented groups. I also engage with contemporary issues that matter in education—such as quality assurance, inclusive practices, and the role of leadership in shaping equitable learning environments.

In addition to my research, I am passionate about supporting postgraduate students in their academic journeys. I provide mentorship in research design, data analysis, academic writing, and timely completion of theses and dissertations. Through this work, I aim to build research capacity and empower emerging scholars to contribute meaningfully to educational development.

I employ mixed-methods and quantitative analytical approaches to generate evidence-based, contextually relevant, and practically applicable solutions that advance the field of education.
